Financial Services Overview
The Finance Department provides professional financial planning to the District for the funding of operational costs and capital improvement projects needed to sustain water service to its customers. Accounting and auditing services are provided to show the financial status of the District in a transparent and accurate manner. The Department invests available assets and manages the District’s assessment districts and debt service.
The Finance Department is also tasked with the responsibility of performing all finance and administrated related tasks, including Utility Billing, Payroll, Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Information Technology, Workers Compensation, Required Annual Reporting, etc.
