Application Procedures
Yuima Municipal Water District posts job openings and accepts applications for employment only when there is a posted job vacancy. All applications received after the advertised closing date and time will not be considered.
A resume may be included with the application; however, it will NOT be accepted in lieu of the District's employment application. The recruitment selection process can take approximately 30-90 days to complete. Applicants accepted for consideration of employment will be subject to a background investigation and drug testing. All new hires will be required to present documents establishing personal identity and the legal right to work in the United States.

General Employment Information
Yuima Municipal Water District offers excellent benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PERS retirement (3% @ 60 for Classic PERS Members - 2% @ 62 for new members), life and long term disability insurance and a deferred compensation program. Employees receive 12 paid holidays annually. Employees also receive accrued vacation and sick paid time off.
