This honor is bestowed on a District employee when he or she is nominated by their supervisors and co-workers through secret ballots.  The nominations are then reviewed by the Employee Recognition Committee (ERC) which is made up of the General Manager and two Board Members.  The ERC must agree that this employee's achievements, actions or ideas have saved the District substantial money or in other ways enhanced the District stature in the local and or water community.  Congratulations Vanessa!
